Ricardo is currently the Director Business Intelligence, Big Data and Integration at BASF. He runs the global Data Enablement Platform within BASF, responsible to implement and maintain data-related solutions. He has 18+ years of experience leading global teams with proven track record of successful achievements. He also has dual citizenship (German and Brazilian) with a strong multi-cultural experience with projects delivered in several countries in South America, USA, Asia and Europe.
