(US and Canada) We are pleased to welcome Bhavna Mehta to CDO Magazine’s Global Editorial Board. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President – Data and Analytics at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center since August 2021. Mehta is responsible for the organization’s Enterprise Data & Analytics and Population Health IT Strategy. In her current role, she oversees Data Governance, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering, Technology platforms and Epic population health teams, playing a crucial role in shaping the data-driven culture of the institution.

Prior to her current role, Mehta has served in various roles providing leadership and management for data architecture, software development, business intelligence, and analytical functions at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

Mehta is an accomplished professional known for her strategic thinking and exceptional leadership skills in the field of data management and analytics. With a focus on execution and a proven track record of leading teams through organizational change, she has become an expert in driving successful implementations and managing large multi-disciplinary teams.

With a strong academic background, Mehta holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Xavier University, Ohio, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Manipal University, India. She has also pursued further education, obtaining a Graduate Certificate in Business Intelligence from Villanova University and a Master’s Certificate in Clinical Informatics from Oregon Health and Science University.
