Siva is a tech-savvy executive with over 25 years of experience in leading digital, data and analytics, infrastructure operations, enterprise architecture, and innovation initiatives to accomplish the organization’s transformational objectives. He has managed a team size of more than 350 spanning across the UK, USA, Sri Lanka, India, China, and Europe, and was directly responsible for a budget of more than 100 million USD.

A proven technology leader, Siva has the ability to strategize, develop and execute enterprise change management programs to deliver business transformations in software product development, auto manufacturing, auto finance, financial services, pharma and medical supply chain, medical device manufacturing, food supply chain, and retail domains.

Siva holds a master's degree in Applied and Computational Mathematics from the University of Michigan, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University, India.
