Her expertise extends to leading programs aimed at building data analytics platforms that provide high availability, scalability, and extensibility, resulting in a single version of the truth across data warehouses, business intelligence, and advanced analytics capabilities. She excels in designing and implementing business cases for data transformation and developing comprehensive plans for transitioning to final state architecture.

Puntambekar has also been instrumental in building data teams within organizations, leveraging waterfall, hybrid, and agile methodologies to drive successful project delivery. Additionally, she has effectively managed large data portfolios, overseeing geographically diverse teams to achieve desired outcomes.
