(USA and Canada) A newly created position at Hy – Vee was offered to Jason Buhrow, a highly skilled IT consultant with vast expertise in retail, insurance, finance, nonprofits, and manufacturing. Buhrow previously was the vice president of the information technology of FBL Financial Group. He has also worked as the director of IT consulting at accounting and tax consultancy RSM US LLP (formerly McGladrey) and as team lead at Berkley Technology Services. Before that, he also was an IT analyst at wholesale printing company Colorfx.

Buhrow will be responsible for the development and governance of data strategy for the more than $11 billion worth company. He will also concentrate on innovation in the area of enterprise-wide data science, analysis, and visualization.
