(US and Canada) We are pleased to welcome Subha Madhavan to CDO Magazine’s Global Editorial Board. Madhavan is Vice President and Head of AI/ML, Quantitative and Digital Sciences, and End-to-End Clinical Development at Pfizer. She works with early- and late-stage asset development and clinical teams to bring AI/ML and quantitative sciences for treatment response prediction, digital/non-invasive patient-friendly endpoints in trials, and supporting regulatory activities through AI automation and human-in-the-loop. The team focuses on anti-infectives, oncology, and immunology/inflammation.

Previously, Madhavan was Head of Data Science, and Oncology R&D at AstraZeneca, leading  cross-functional teams in early oncology, clinical development, R&D strategy, precision medicine, and competitive intelligence. Additionally, she initiated, designed, and executed several large national and international clinical research programs, including Cancer Moonshot, TCGA, CPTAC, and Human Cell Atlas.
