Gandhi is a proven leader with over 15 years of experience focusing on GTM strategy, analytics, data science, engineering, system automation, and building cost-efficient operating models to enable businesses to be profitable, predictable, and make well-informed decisions. 

Before joining Glassdoor, Gandhi worked for another HR tech company, scaling analytics for more than $1 billion in revenue for more than 1,000 GTM team members and over 10,000 customers. Delivering automated, cost-effective, and scalable analytics solutions enabled companies to become more profitable, predictable, and risk-averse. Gandhi also worked for nine years at IBM Global Business Services in Asia, Europe and North America, helping Fortune 500 customers by developing scalable and automated engineering platforms to make B2B and B2C customers more efficient and cost-effective.
