Abu Dhabi Digital Authority (ADDA) Appoints Althea Davis as Chief Data Officer

(Middle East) Abu Dhabi Digital Authority (ADDA) recently appointed Althea Davis as Chief Data Officer. A Data Leader with 29 years’ experience in the field, she will balance data capability maturity and value creation for a forward-thinking government organization. 

Before joining Abu Dhabi Digital Authority, she was the Managing Partner and Chief Data Officer for Avantologie. At Avantologie, Davis worked as a strategist who applied data talent to turn on the power and value of data for their stakeholders. She also worked and collaborated with renowned data thought leaders, global bestseller data authors, and senior Chief Data Officers to bring in data leadership and data solutions for their stakeholders.

Davis is a CDO Magazine Editorial Board member and serves on the International Society of Chief Data Officers (isCDO.org) Board of Directors. She previously served as Director of Data Practices, Data Strategy, and CDO Advisory Services at NXN, and as Enterprise Data Governance Manager at Etihad.

Davis has served in several senior executive roles and has extensive leadership experience in data management, data science, and data engineering.
