(USA and Canada) Dr. Ken Clark, Chief Data Officer/Assistant Director at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) together with Robert Lutton, Vice President at Sandhill Consultants shares the workplace transformations ICE had due to COVID-19. The pandemic gave way to a 25% increase in workforce productivity due to the innovative ways and approaches used while working remotely. ICE is working towards reducing requirements for physical spaces and increasing remote work set up to lessen costs and improve work-life balance.
