(USA and Canada) Ursula Cottone, Chief Data & Architecture Officer at Huntington Bank together with Melissa Campbell, Chief Revenue Officer at Tamr discuss the impact of COVID-19 and future trends in CDO functions. The pandemic shifted her team to work at home. It was challenging at first but was managed by using collaborative tools. Cottone also talks about how she believes years from now CDO roles will be more refined and will not overlap with the other existing roles. These new CDO roles will fill the gap of what is needed in an organization to succeed.
