(Asia) Asha Poulose Johnson, VP and Global CIO Data Analytics at GE Healthcare together with Chris Knerr, Chief Digital Officer at Syniti talks about the importance of streaming data. Johnson explains that most of the streaming data they get are primarily used for improving service contracts and trying to find out when a failure is going to happen and be prepared in sourcing out the whole repair process. Streaming data also enabled revenue opportunities for them to upsell new work types of products and services.
