He sees problems in tendencies to focus on the defensive measures in getting the number of incidents and exceptions when it comes to clients’ perception of their services which mostly focus on the data itself rather than the business outcome. Pendaries moreover emphasize the need to express the value of data in terms of its business capabilities rather than its own value alone.
