What achievements over the past year are you most proud of for your team as a whole?

“The way we were able to come together as a very small organization and grow at an accelerated pace around software development in a traditional enterprise. Our IT organization is by far the biggest thing I am proud of in the last three years. I think they’re better aligned to business outcomes than they ever have been, which is really impressive to the point where now we’re actively looking at software development across the entire company.”
