What achievements in the past year are you most proud of for your team as a whole?

“Our team has made major accomplishments. We have added customer communications channels that facilitate orders and special requests. We’ve deployed employee portal technology providing staff with a centralized repository to improve access to work schedules, company departments, etc., all presented in a familiar interface. We are also promoting an Agile organization, spreading that methodology across Home City Ice departments, helping areas beyond IT take advantage of Agile benefits.”
