What is the biggest misnomer about agile project management methods?

The ratio of people to projects is often unrealistic even with modern tools. 

What is the single most technology that you miss from the 1990's (or 80's)?

Boom Boxes.

What is the most indispensable piece of software that you use?

Visio.

I really miss my pager!!

Google Maps. I use it every morning and evening to avoid traffic.
