What achievements this past year are you most proud of for your team as a whole?

"When I came in, we were at a Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 1 – we were reactive, trying to keep things up, with a lack of standards and a lack of processes. In my first three years, we moved into a CMM Level 3. We’re becoming more of a business partner. So, in our fourth year, we’re changing from an infrastructure stabilization focus and moving into ‘How do we do things that improve business value for customers?’"
