Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Appoints Ajay Dhaul as Senior Vice President of Global End-to-End Data and Digital Acceleration

(US and Canada) Ajay Dhaul has been appointed  Senior Vice President of Global End-to-End Data and Digital Acceleration for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health. He has extensive business experience and a passion for data and digital. Dhaul will lead global data strategy and governance, data sciences and AI, intelligent automation, data products, and cross-functional digital acceleration.

Before taking on this new role at Johnson & Johnson, Dhaul was Senior Vice President and EMEA Commercial/Supply Chain Transformation Leader. His responsibilities involved steering specific initiatives related to margin optimization to achieve income targets supporting the EMEA transformation agenda. Dhaul worked end-to-end across the commercial, supply chain, R&D, and finance organizations. He partnered with the EMEA leadership teams to ensure alignment on crucial decisions executed cross-functionally, helping drive rapid execution. He was the key point of contact across commercial and supply chain/R&D as it developed a manufacturing network strategy focused on optimizing the asset base while ensuring full support of the business’s growth and commercial strategies. 

Dhaul has broad, multifunctional, and global experience from his 23-year career at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health. Previously, as Senior Vice President, North America Commercial Enabling Organization and a member of the NA Leadership Team, Dhaul played a critical role in driving the Global Consumer P&L productivity agenda. His prior assignments include various positions of increasing responsibility that have been commercially oriented, with strength in general management, customer development, business strategy, supply chain, organizational effectiveness, and transformational change. Dhaul is an inspirational and Credo-driven leader who brings strong business acumen, strategy, and communication skills to drive organizational transformation. Before Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, Dhaul worked at The Dow Chemical Company in various multifunctional technology and business roles in the U.S. and U.K.

Dhaul has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Kentucky, and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from BITS, Pilani (India).
