Jacob Hesterman, Ph.D., Ratio Therapeutics Chief Data Officer, Joins CDO Magazine Global Editorial Board

(US and Canada) We are pleased to welcome Jacob Hesterman, Ph.D., to CDO Magazine’s Global Editorial Board. Hesterman is the Chief Data Officer at Ratio Therapeutics Inc., a pharmaceutical company using innovative technologies to develop targeted radiotherapeutics for cancer treatment. Hesterman helps build the company's data management and data sciences infrastructure. In addition to overseeing the data platform, he manages imaging and dosimetry for Ratio's discovery and clinical programs.

Hesterman is a proven data leader with more than 15 years of experience in medical imaging, data analysis, and managing interdisciplinary technical teams. He was a founding member of Invicro before joining Ratio. He held the positions of Senior Vice President of Image Analysis, then Chief Technology Officer, and finally, Chief Technology Officer of Realm IDx, Invicro's parent business. Hesterman built a 60-person image analysis group at Invicro to provide quantitative analysis for programs across multiple imaging modalities in all drug discovery and development phases. At Realm IDx, he oversaw more than 150 data scientists focused on integrated diagnostics software and applications.

Hesterman owns patents for his previous work and has been a member of the Society of Nuclear Medicine and the World Molecular Imaging Society since 2014. He received his doctorate in optics from The University of Arizona, USA.
