DocuSign Appoints Shanthi Iyer as Chief Information Officer

(USA and Canada) Shanthi Iyer has been recently appointed as the new Chief Information Officer of DocuSign, a pioneer of e-signature technology. She will help lead and drive the optimization of systems, processes, and technology infrastructure at DocuSign. In her new role, Iyer will be responsible for elevating the employee’s productivity and operational excellence, and increasing customer’s ease of carrying out business. Prior to her employment at DocuSign, Shanthi Iyer served as SVP – Data & Analytics Office at Cisco where she led the enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy, and establish a data governance framework including an enterprise data governance office focused on data policy, process and standards.

Shanthi Iyer is a global information technology leader who bridges complex concepts between business, operations and IT organizations for Fortune 100 technology pioneer Cisco. Iyer brings more than 20 years of experience in driving technology changes to support business transformation, and defining strategy to migrate mission-critical applications to the cloud with improved security and resiliency. She has deep experience in developing and leading the execution of enterprise data and analytics strategy, and is skilled at building, developing and managing high-performing global teams, along with defining vision, strategy and leading teams to effectively execute.
