Yazhene Krishnaraj, McKesson Head of Decision Intelligence for U.S. Pharmaceutical, Joins CDO Magazine Global Editorial Board

(US and Canada) We are pleased to welcome Yazhene Krishnaraj to CDO Magazine’s Global Editorial Board. Krishnaraj is Head of Decision Intelligence for McKesson’s US Pharmaceutical division and is responsible for transforming the way the business is making decisions using data. She leads transformation with data management, analytics, and governance capabilities to make sure that the business side can gain insights from the data to deliver significant business value. She drives adoption of the analytical solutions across different segments and is passionate about creating a vibrant analytics Community of Practice.

Krishnaraj is an execution-oriented thought leader with over 20 years of experience as a technologist in various industries. She is highly skilled in creating analytical transformation strategies, implementing roadmaps, and leading high-potential teams onshore and offshore.

Previously, Krishnaraj served as SVP and Head of Risk Data and Analytics at Citizens Bank, where she oversaw the prioritization of data needs for all risk divisions, developed the analytics strategy, and built a centralized data platform for cross-functional teams. She was instrumental in leading the analytics transformation for risk that helped to remove manual processes and transition them to a data-centric organization.

With a passion for diversity and inclusion, Krishnaraj also led the multi-cultural diversity business resource group at Citizens Bank. Prior to Citizens, she held various roles across multiple industries in three different countries. She holds a Master’s in Computer Science and Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering and has published papers and book chapters about Data Mining. She is a founding member of Women Leaders in Data & AI, aimed at developing and supporting women leadership within the technology industry.
