Cybersecurity platform TrendAI has entered into a strategic alliance with Anthropic to integrate Anthropic’s Claude models into its Vision One Platform, aiming to enhance AI-powered threat detection and response.

The collaboration will focus on advancing cybersecurity capabilities across the AI lifecycle, including vulnerability discovery, automated defense, and real-time security operations. Claude will be embedded into agentic workflows within Vision One to improve automation and help organizations respond more effectively to evolving cyber threats.

The partnership also reflects a growing push to address risks associated with artificial intelligence, as attackers increasingly use autonomous tools to scale and accelerate cyber campaigns. TrendAI plans to extend its research into identifying weaknesses in AI systems and infrastructure before deployment in production environments.

As part of the alliance, Claude will support initiatives such as the TrendAI Zero Day Initiative and Pwn2Own, programs known for uncovering previously unknown vulnerabilities and testing system resilience under real-world attack scenarios.

“We launched TrendAI to define the AI security category. This next phase is about scaling that vision globally, with leading partners like Anthropic. Our broad, strategic collaboration across research, defense, and innovation will define how AI is secured moving forward,” said Rachel Jin, Chief Platform and Business Officer and Head of TrendAI.

“For 35 years, TrendAI has been at the forefront of cybersecurity. By using Claude to power TrendAI Vision One and initiatives like TrendAI Zero Day Initiative (ZDI) and Pwn2Own, TrendAI is advancing the next iteration of vulnerability discovery and reporting and tilting the scales toward defenders,” said Ash Alhashim, Head of Cybersecurity GTM at Anthropic.

The agreement also aligns with Anthropic’s expansion in the Asia-Pacific region, where it has recently opened a Sydney office, as demand for AI-driven security solutions continues to grow.
