Oracle and Google Cloud are deepening their collaboration to give enterprises direct access to Google’s most advanced AI models, beginning with Gemini 2.5, through the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Generative AI service.

The move allows Oracle customers to deploy Gemini-powered AI agents for use cases ranging from multimodal understanding and software development to workflow automation, productivity, and research.

The companies plan to expand the integration to include Google’s full suite of Gemini models via Vertex AI, covering video, image, speech, and music generation, as well as industry-specific tools such as MedLM for healthcare.

In the future, Gemini models are also expected to be embedded into Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, offering AI enhancements across finance, HR, supply chain, sales, service, and marketing. Customers will be able to access Gemini using their existing Oracle Universal Credits.

“Today, leading enterprises are using Gemini to power AI agents across a range of use cases and industries,” says Thomas Kurian, CEO of Google Cloud. “Now, Oracle customers can access our leading models from within their Oracle environments, making it even easier for them to begin deploying powerful AI agents that can support developers, streamline data integration tasks, and much more.”

Oracle highlights Gemini’s enterprise strengths, including grounding responses in live Google Search data, robust reasoning abilities, encryption safeguards, and large context windows. “Oracle has been intentional in offering model choice curated for the enterprise,” says Clay Magouyrk, President of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. “The availability of Gemini on OCI Generative AI service highlights our focus on delivering powerful, secure, and cost-effective AI solutions that help customers drive innovation and achieve their business goals.”
