Citi has launched a suite of AI-powered tools for its employees in Hong Kong, aiming to boost workplace productivity and streamline internal operations.

Among the offerings is Citi Assist, an AI assistant designed to help staff quickly access information across HR, compliance, finance, and risk policies. Another tool, Citi Stylus, can summarize, compare, and translate multiple documents at once, while Citi Stylus Workspaces supports tasks like drafting emails, creating presentation notes, and generating Q&A content.

The bank is also enhancing its internal tech capabilities by equipping its developers with generative AI tools to speed up coding and product development.

Citi AI is now accessible to about 150,000 employees across 11 global markets, including Hong Kong, the U.S., the UK, India, and Singapore, with further expansion planned in 2025.
