St. Louis CDO Forum: Challenges in the Tenure of CDOs

According to the panel, the main reason is a lack of clarity on the business outcomes and core responsibilities of a CDO. Additionally, CDOs are becoming more strategic in helping create business value and are no longer seen as merely a technical resource in an organization.
