How do you see new technology impacting your company in the next 3-5 years?

“Over the next three to five years I think the biggest impact technology will have on my business will be in the data and analytics area. We are starting to gather and analyze data much differently than in the past. In the past, we have primarily focused on limited internal data. We are now seeing a much wider breadth of internal data as well as external data being available. Social data and environmental data are just a few areas that we are now starting to use in our analytics programs.”
