How do you see new technology impacting your company in the next 3 to 5 years?

“Technology changes rapidly, so it will affect how we train and what we teach. However, some old things are new again. We’re about to test a mainframe training course. Mainframes were thought to have gone away 20 years ago, but they haven’t. Banks, insurance companies, airlines and retailers still use mainframes, and the workforce is retiring and must be replaced. So, like I said, technology is always changing, but that one is coming back on us.”
