What do you think is the trend in technology that all industry leaders should be looking into right now?

“People management and developing your people, which is probably not what my CIO circle would tell you the answer is. But if we don’t solve that problem, we’re going to have a hard time keeping this business community vibrant, because there isn’t a business out there that isn’t using technology to some degree. We really have to figure out how to recruit, train, and develop people so that they stay in the region, they stay with their companies, and they help get other people into the job.”
