What achievements over the past year are you most proud of for your team as a whole?
“We’ve gone through some transitions. We just brought on a new employee, so there are now three of us responsible for 200 employees. I think one of our biggest achievements was moving from a third-party support desk to our current support desk. We’re now much more organized and have put a lot of new processes in toward that, including our new ticketing system. That has freed up a lot of time and resources for our team. We’ve also replaced about 30 percent of the PCs that our employees use.”
