What achievements over the past year are you most proud of for your team as a whole?

“I think our team is growing, and I think the growth of the team signifies the adoption of the tools that we’re using and supporting. In about 2003, our COO recognized that we needed to focus on construction operations and technology. Our traditional IT department has been focused on finance administration, and needed a dedicated focus for operations. With that, a team of one is now a team of 22, and growing. I think the excitement about that is that each of these team members is able to innovate on their own…it’s very exciting to see what they’re doing and what we’re able to accomplish there.”
