Recently, iQor—a customer service outsourcing provider based in St. Petersburg, Florida—has appointed its first Chief Digital Officer (CDO): Prabhjot (PJ) Singh. PJ has been a part of iQor for over 14 years, working most recently as Senior Vice President Innovation & Optimization, and previously holding positions as Senior Vice President of Innovation as well as Senior Vice President of Customer Integration Solutions. Educated at Niagara College, PJ started his customer service career at Sitel, another outsourcing contact center company in Miami, Florida.
In his new role, PJ has said that he sees emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, as having great potential to drive future solutions, both digitally and practically. With his thorough customer service and team management background, PJ should prove to be an exception first Chief Digital Officer for iQor.
