McKesson Appoints Shivanku Misra as Vice President of Advanced Analytics

(US and Canada) McKesson, a global health care company, has appointed Shivanku Misra as Vice President of Advanced Analytics. Misra will lead the company’s three centers of excellence — Data Science, Machine Learning Operations, and Financial Engineering & Analytics.

A proven data leader, Misra is a globally recognized hands-on digital transformation executive with deep data science and analytics expertise. Before joining McKesson, Misra served as Gannett USA TODAY NETWORK’s Vice President, Consumer Engagement & Retention, Digital, where he led customer retention for digital and print subscription products. He concentrated on increasing recurring revenue through value-based product design, digital onboarding, online and offline engagement, customized customer journeys, optimized web and app user experiences, and churn mitigation.

Misra also held the position of Head of Analytics, Medicare Retention at CVS Health, where he contributed to the company's $52 billion customer retention strategy. Additionally, he previously led customer-centric transformation for companies such as Heineken, PayPal, Hilton, Coca-Cola, and Dell.
