Danone Promotes Suresh Ganapathy to Global Head of Data & Digital Strategy
(US and Canada) Danone, a world-leading food and beverage company, has promoted Suresh Ganapathy to Global Head of Data & Digital Strategy. In his new role, Ganapathy will develop, drive, communicate, and help establish the company’s global data and digital footprint strategy.
Ganapathy is a proven senior executive with more than 25 years of experience instituting data-driven analytical solutions, driving transformational business intelligence in Fortune 100 companies. He led a team of more than 30 digital and insights and analytics professionals, coaching and training senior directors, directors, and managers to build future bench strength and analytics and insights as a core capability. Before his new role, Ganapathy was Danone’s Vice President: Enterprise Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Media & Digital Transformation. He joined Danone as Senior Director, Strategy, Consumer Insights & Analytics, in March 2017.
Before joining Danone, Suresh Ganapathy spent more than four years at Mondelēz International as consumer insights and analytics director. He was responsible for multiple areas, including advanced analytics - marketing ROI, segmentation, category reporting, competitive analysis, and data mapping.
