Chris Peterson, Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Regional Finance (Regional Management Corp.)

(USA and Canada) Regional Management Corp. (NYSE: RM), a diversified consumer finance company appointed Chris Peterson as their new Chief Data and Analytics Officer.

Mr. Peterson has substantial experience in technology, analytics, data systems, and risk management, with over 20 years of digitally driven data and analytics experience. Mr. Peterson spent the previous 15 years at Capital One, most recently as the Head of Data Science and Data Strategy for Capital One's Card business, where he led the modeling teams that developed core underwriting, marketing, valuation, and fraud models using machine learning, large-scale data processing, and cloud architecture. In addition, he implemented a number of new alternative data sources and improved the architecture and usability of current data sources to significantly improve information quality.
