BASF Promotes Ricardo Crepaldi to Global Director Data Foundation

(Europe) Ricardo Crepaldi has been promoted to Global Director Data Foundation of BASF from his previous role as Director Business Intelligence, Big Data and Integration. In his new role, he will be responsible for a global team with 150+ data professionals. He will be directing the Data Foundation in providing and making data available to the complete organization, democratizing the use of Data and AI and supporting the digitization processes of their business.

Crepaldi is a seasoned Data and Analytics Executive with more than 19 years of experience leading global teams, with a proven track record of driving better performance and results for stakeholders. He joined his current organization as System Manager - Information Manager in November 2002.

Crepaldi is experienced in IT/Digitalisation, accumulated in different business segments such as Media & Entertainment, Foods & Beverage and Chemical Industries. He is also a member of the CDO Magazine Editorial Board.
