Natalie Rubnan Que Appointed as Senior Director, Head of IT of Southeast Asia, Johnson & Johnson

(Asia) Natalie Rubnan Que has been appointed as the new Senior Director, Head of IT of Southeast Asia, Johnson and Johnson. Prior to her appointment, Que served as the Director of Global PMO, Digital Enterprise Strategy, Consumer Experience Chief-of-Staff, AMEA CX Lead at Mondelez International.

Que is a results-oriented, highly energetic, and value-centric leader. She has extensive industry experience and expertise in Digital Transformations, IT, and Shared Services. She also has a proven track record of driving business results in supply chain, research & development (R&D), innovation management, marketing and sales, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate restructures.

With Que’s competencies in the field of IT, R&D, and supply chain management, her appointment as the new Senior Director and Head of IT of Johnson & Johnson Southeast Asia will further reinforce the brand’s footprint in Asia.
