Stepping Stones Golf Classic June 11 Benefits Individuals with Disabilities

Golfers will tee off in support of programming for individuals with disabilities at Stepping Stones’ 17th Annual Golf Classic on Monday, June 11 at O’Bannon Creek Golf Club in Loveland.

A morning flight will begin with breakfast and registration at 7 a.m., and tee off at 8 a.m. An afternoon flight starts at 11:30 a.m. with lunch and registration, and tee off at 1 p.m. The cost is $200 for single golfers or $800 for a foursome.

In addition to food and drink, golfers will be able to participate in a number of hole challenges, as well as bid on raffle prizes. After the afternoon flight, a seated awards banquet will be held with prizes for top individual golfers and teams.

"The work Stepping Stones does every day is so meaningful not only for individuals with disabilities, but also for their family members and the larger community," Steve Mennen, Golf Classic chair of Loveland, said. "Our committee is passionate about supporting that work, and has gone above and beyond to host a stand-out event."

Stepping Stones is a United Way partner agency serving more than 1,000 people with disabilities in day and overnight programs that increase independence and promote individual success.
